FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Trinidad & Tobago Carnival Bands Association (TTCBA) Launches Digital Membership Portal

The TTCBA today announces the launch of its new Digital Membership Portal, a modern online home for both new and existing members. The portal marks a major step in the Association's ongoing commitment to digitizing its services and bringing the resources of the TTCBA directly to the palm of every member's hand."Our members are the heartbeat of Trinidad & Tobago Carnival, and they deserve services that meet the pace of their lives and their work, this portal is about respect for their time, putting the association's resources within reach at the tap of a screen, wherever they are in the world." - Mr. Mark Ayen, TTCBA President.

What Members Can Do Online

The portal was built to cut down on manual paperwork so bandleaders, designers, producers and members alike can focus on their crafts. Starting today, members can log in to review their annual renewals and update their membership status entirely online. The platform also features a centralized calendar to track upcoming TTCBA meetings, deadlines, and for the first time, other members events. Additionally, registered members will now have 24/7 access to a digital archive to view important TTCBA resource documents and files on demand, alongside a built-in help desk that connects straight to the administrative office for faster support or queries.

A commitment to digitizing member services

The launch of the Members Portal reflects a broader, deliberate commitment by the TTCBA to modernize how it serves its community. The Association sees digitization not as a one-time upgrade, but as an ongoing promise: to continually streamline processes, expand the services available online, and make membership more valuable and more accessible with each passing season.
