Aneshia Beach, 

TTCBA Secretary










Aneshia Beach is a cultural strategist, educator, and creative professional with a deep commitment to the preservation and evolution of Trinidad and Tobago’s Carnival arts. She currently serves as the Secretary of the Trinidad and Tobago Carnival Bands Association (TTCBA), where she brings a wealth of experience in arts administration, stakeholder engagement, and cultural policy development.

A former Assistant Festival Director of NGC SanFest and Chairman of the Mon Repos Regional Complex, Aneshia has long contributed to national platforms that support youth, community arts, and cultural education. She is also the proud bandleader of Beach and Associates Kiddies Carnival Band—an award-winning ensemble that champions local storytelling and the creative expression of children through mas.


Aneshia has held senior roles in communications, events, and constituency development, and she is widely recognized for her leadership in coordinating large-scale cultural initiatives. Her professional experience spans broadcasting, public relations, and educational lecturing, with notable contributions to institutions such as the University of the Southern Caribbean, Starr Broadcasting Media Skills Ltd., and the Ministry of Education.


Aneshia holds a Master of Arts in Carnival Studies and is pursuing a PhD in Cultural Studies at the University of Trinidad and Tobago, with research focused on youth advocacy, Carnival heritage, and national identity. A dynamic speaker, writer, and community leader, she remains devoted to enhancing the infrastructure and global recognition of Trinidad and Tobago’s Carnival industry.
